What is Toasted ciabatta???

Ciabatta breads are Italian bread which is also famous in other parts of country. Around Italy, there have various regions lay claim to the creation of the bread. However, different areas of regions will provided slightly different versions of bread. In Italian, ciabatta means “slipper”, which some people will call the bread as “slipper bread”. That is because the shapes of the bread look similar to slipper.

Ciabatta bread suited to use as sandwiches because it tends to be short, wide and long. As pictures above shown that main ingredient was fresh mango and roasted chicken.
