Origin of the Bread



Good day ladies and gentlemen, today we are going to share some information regarding the origin of the food that available in our cafe. Our menu that offered in our cafe is definitely integrated of different culture and yet from different origins that located in certain parts of the world. Basically our main menu is based on sandwiches and the main ingredient of sandwiches is bread.
There are three types of breads that we are using or should we say we are offering to all you are Ciabatta, Focaccia and Pita bread. Lest us have a look on the origin of all of these bread.

Ciabatta
In Italia Ciabatta means slipper bread where it is made with wheat, flour and also yeast. This bread is originated from Italy and firstly produced in Liguaria. Ciabatta starting to get popular as it quickly spread to the rest of the world such as Spain and United State.  

 Foccacia
Focaccia is also originated from Italy where it is a flat oven baked type of bread that previously used to make pizza. Normally Italian seasoned Focaccia bread with olive oil, salt and sometimes herds, or flavored with onion, cheese, meat and also vegetables. Besides, it can also be eaten as a snack.

Pita
Pita can also be called as Pitta which originated from Middle East country, Egypt and slowly spread to Greece, Bosnia and also to Turkey.
